Professional Seminar Workgroups for Physician Entrepreneurs

1. "Design Your Lifestyle and Envision Your Business" Professional Seminar Workgroup

This 3-month Professional Seminar Workgroup (9 hours total) is for you if you:

  • Are tentatively exploring an idea for a new business
  • Are unwilling to commit to a new direction…..yet!
  • Want to limit your investment in your potential future until you have more clarity
  • Enjoy the brainstorming, insights and experiences a small group of peers has to offer
  • Want the support, inspiration, and accountability a seasoned coach has to offer
  • Want to know what your ideal Designed Lifestyle, Compelling Purpose and Core Values are, in preparation for making changes in your professional life
  • Want to create a Business Vision fueled by your Customer Purpose and Business Values in Action by the end of the three months.

2. "Master your Marketing Plan" Professional Seminar Workgroup

This 3-month Professional Seminar Workgroup (9 hours total) is for you if you:

  • Have a clear Business Vision, Customer Purpose and Compelling Purpose for your existing business or your business idea
  • Have identified a target market, or plan to research this further
  • Have a strong idea of what your service or product offerings are
  • Want to develop a plan to communicate the benefits of your business offerings
  • Want to plan your different marketing activities to support your overall marketing strategies
  • Enjoy the brainstorming, insights and experiences a small group of peers has to offer
  • Want the support, inspiration, and accountability a seasoned coach has to offer
  • Want to create a masterful Marketing Plan to begin implementing by the end of three months.

FAQs about the Professional Seminar Workgroups

  1. Each Professional Seminar Workgroup will be limited to 12 participants (minimum of 6 participants for a group to start), to give you close personal attention.
     
  2. We will meet by phone for two 90-minute meetings per month – for a total of 6 meetings, or 9 hours.
     
  3. Each participant will have 30 minutes per month available for a one-on-one meeting with Philippa, and may send in materials or questions by e-mail for her review and responses. The onus is on you to request and schedule the meetings.
     
  4. Each participant will receive a downloadable Workbook in advance of the program.
     
  5. All calls will be recorded in the event that you cannot make the meeting or have to duck out early.
     
  6. Price: $720 for each of the 3-month programs, payable by the start of the first meeting OR $275 per month, if paid in three installments, payable at the start of the program and before the third and fifth meetings.
     
  7. Dates: The next Professional Seminar Workgroups will commence in January 2007.
     
  8. You may participate in either workgroup individually OR both of the workgroups sequentially (a 15% discount is offered on the second workgroup for anyone completing the first one within the prior 3 months).
