A one-hour Introductory Teleclass:
“The Secret to Influencing Others: Three Indispensable Keys to Being a Masterful Influencer”

Followed by a 4-Class Tele-Workshop Series
“The Secret to Influencing Others and Eliciting High Performance”
Tuition: $399 per participant, up to a maximum of 15 participants (minimum of 8).

Workshop Objectives:

• Have a deeper dialogue with a colleague than you’ve previously dared
• Connect with even the most disruptive of your colleagues
• Tap into beliefs that truly matter to you and others in order to create lasting changes in physician behavior

• Apply the secrets of influencing to your specific leadership situation

This course is for you and your group if:

• You lead and/or manage physicians or staff, including those in your own practice
• You are responsible for physician performance (especially in pay-for-performance situations)
• You are thinking of stepping into a leadership role part-time or full-time
• You have recently been given expanded responsibilities as a physician leader
• You are not a physician but need to work closely with physicians to influence their practice or behavior
