Fran has worked as an educational professional in the secondary classroom for 12 years.  She has led many subject teams and has improved school development as a member of Senior Leadership for 6 of those.

Her main area of expertise include developing subject teams and leading and managing ICT across a 3-16 setting.

Fran has coached and developed middle leaders to develop their teams capacity to effect school improvement.

She has significant experience of leading and managing all aspects of ICT at a senior level to impact teaching and learning and develop school management and business needs.

Fran has led and managed BSF within schools to successfully bring together public and private sectors to manage all aspects of the project, planning for future sustainability
